Refund & Buyback
If any of our customers wish to return the product purchased through aprpeejewellery.com for money back in future, can do so by sending back the product to us or by visiting any of our outlets in India.
Please call or visit any of the nearest Arpee Jewellery outlets to know more about the in store buy back policy.
Following policies are applicable only for the buy back through online.
Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and generate a Return Authorization Code.
Follow the return procedure mentioned here to return the product to us.
Once the returned product is received by Arpee Jewellery and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be made within 10 working days.
The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/Diamond rates mentioned in www.arpeejewellery.com.
Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.
Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Customer need to update their bank details to avail this facility. Click here to update bank details.

Exchange Policy
If any of our customers wish to exchange the product purchased through arpeejewellery.com can do the same by sending back the product to us or by visiting any of our outlets in India. Please call any of the nearest Arpee Jewellery outlets to know more about the in store exchange policy.
Following policies are applicable for the exchange through online.
14 Day Easy Exchange Policy:
Customers will get 100 % of the invoice value if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and collect a Return Authorization Code.
Follow the return procedure mentioned above to return the product to us.
If you have received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.
During the exchange, return the product with its original bill/product certificate. Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
Once the returned product is received by Arpee Jewellery and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
Exchange after 14 days of Purchase:
We offer a Lifetime Exchange option for all purchases made from arpeejewellery.com, in India.
Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and collect a Return Authorization Code.

The refund amount will be based on the product weight. No making charges/GST will be refunded for the returned product.
